In our sample resume objective for an Automotive Technician, we led off with Raymond’s certification. This gives him an edge over others who are not certified. Then we ran off his other strong points. These include his long tenure and vast skill set.

However, notice how we wrote the objective statement. It is in the first person. There is nothing technical about it. The tone is friendly. The language is easy and simple.

Of course, you should review the job post. It will include the job requirements. If you have these skills, you can indicate them in the resume objective. It is still important to give the recruiter a glimpse of who you are as a person.
